He got into the trades unexpectedly and is dedicated to passing on real knowledge and breaking the cycle of poor training. At Northgate, he led the first Kryosphere project, shaping the electrical department into what it is today. His approach? Teach the code first, then push beyond the basics for smarter solutions.

Outside of work, Ryan’s a builder in every sense—whether it’s tending his farm, fixing up his vehicles, or turning his wife’s ideas into reality. He also runs a small business fueled by his passion for craftsmanship and problem-solving.
