Project Manager & Superintendent

Ryan is a project manager and superintendent who oversees our mountain region projects. His role involves planning, coordinating, and maintaining the pulse of each site, working closely with our clients and subcontractors to deliver safe, cost-effective, and high-quality results.

Inspired by years of volunteering and the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, Ryan entered the trades to serve his community through meaningful work. Drawing from his experience as a Marine, he brings adaptability, discipline, and loyalty to every mission, viewing each project as a new challenge to conquer.

He’s especially proud of the Speckled Trout Outfitters Boone remodel, a job rich in local history that deepened his connection to the region. Ryan’s leadership style emphasizes clear communication between the field and the big-picture strategy, ensuring every team member understands the value of their work.

Outside the jobsite, he’s an avid hunter and fisher, passionate about self-sufficiency and hands-on science projects—like building a 70-psi gravity-fed water system at his mountain home.
