Operations Manager & General Superintendent

Rick oversees job progression, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control to ensure projects run efficiently. His deep understanding of the building process allows him to teach and guide others. His career began in in San Diego, where he where he worked at a lumberyard and then transitioned into a superintendent role building multifamily homes. What he enjoys most about his work is producing results and witnessing the growth of his team, finding fulfillment in both project success and the development of the people around him.

Rick’s approach to work is relationship-driven, prioritizing connections with the people who do the job before focusing on the work itself. One of his most memorable projects were the historic houses at Dorothy Dix Park, a rewarding experience that showcased his commitment to quality and teamwork.

Rick enjoys riding horses with his wife, golfing, and making improvements to his home. Rick is motivated by helping those around him grow, both personally and professionally. He values the chemistry within his team and thrives in an environment where everyone understands the vision and works toward a common goal. For him, the success of others is the most rewarding part of his career.
