Miguel is all about precision—if it doesn’t look right to him, it’s not right for the client. As an electrician, he makes sure every light, switch, and system is installed just right.

One of his most memorable projects was Kryosphere, where he terminated the 350kW generator, switchgear, ATS, and annunciator—all key components in bringing the system to life. His favorite moment? That first startup, when everything powers on seamlessly. He keeps up with industry advancements by learning from coworkers, friends, and tech discussions.

When he's not wiring up solutions, he’s fishing, biking, or restoring antique furniture. Most of his free time goes to his wife and three daughters—his biggest motivation for everything he does. At work, Miguel’s all about teamwork and shared knowledge. A strong, supportive crew makes the job better, and he’s always learning, growing, and helping others do the same.
