Michael keeps things running smoothly on-site, bringing years of hands-on experience in construction. It runs in the family—his dad, uncles, and cousins all worked in the trade, so it was only natural for him to follow suit.

One of his most memorable projects? Rebuilding an ancient stone church—an unforgettable mix of history and craftsmanship. He’s all about seeing different perspectives, problem-solving, and constantly learning through books and industry chats. He actively expands his knowledge by reading business and personnel management materials and staying engaged with industry conversations online.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends, whether in the mountains or at the beach. A history enthusiast at heart, he has always been drawn to the past. At Northgate, Michael values the strong team dynamic, believing that the people you work with shape the work environment. He’s motivated by the challenge of building things and improving his craft daily, finding motivation in the problem-solving and creativity that each project demands.
