Gayle keeps projects running smoothly, handling everything from planning to budgeting and beyond. Construction found her, not the other way around—but she quickly fell in love with seeing ideas turn into reality. Over time, she developed a deep appreciation for the work, especially in seeing a project transform from an initial concept to completion. With a background in hotel management, commercial property management, and construction consulting, she brings a well-rounded perspective to problem-solving.

Outside of work, Gayle enjoys spending time with family and friends, cherishing moments of laughter and good conversation. She finds relaxation in tending to her flowerbeds on peaceful Saturday mornings and unwinding with a glass of wine.
