RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages oversight for all commercial projects. Works with architects and clients to develop design and meet budget.

EXPERIENCE

Eric received his undergraduate degree in construction management and a Master of Civil Engineering from NC State. Out of college, Eric went on to work for large commercial general contractors on projects including American Tobacco, North Hills Mall redevelopments, and the PNC tower in downtown Raleigh. With over 15 years in the construction industry, Eric runs all the commercial and development projects.

Vintage restaurant restoration and reinvention of cool. In the 1950s, The Speckled Trout was a place to stop and fill up your gas tank. Now, you can fill up on fresh mountain trout, soup beans and hoecakes, and wash it down with local farm beer or fresh rosé.
