Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of commercial and residential construction and remodeling practices as well as a comprehensive understanding of procedures, techniques, tools, equipment, materials, specifications, quality and cost control measures and safety requirements associated with Residential and Commercial building.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Installation of doors; drill and set door hardware
Installation of windows
Rough framing
Trim and Finish Carpentry
Layout for stairs and common rafters
Demo, Site Cleanup, and Safety awareness
Read blueprints, utilize appropriate math skills and perform layout
Effectively communicate and understand both verbal and written instructions
Ability to organize, sequence and perform assigned tasks within schedule
Versatility and willingness to help wherever necessary is a MUST
