Northgate did a renovation project for our older home in Mordecai that involved doubling the square footage by adding a full 2nd floor and redoing part of the downstairs as well. Despite us picking the worst of times to renovate in the middle of Covid, the project stayed on schedule and within budget. We couldn't be more pleased!
